I am a trainer, a coach and a mediator and use NLP, Conversational Intelligence and other techniques and exercises to help them overcome challenges with anxiety and fears,low self-esteem and self-confidence; difficult personal and team relationships, low motivation, perfectionism, overwhelm, procrastination and burn-outs. I support them to identify life purpose and set goals for achieving a healthy life-work ratio and sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. I also teach Common, Business and Legal English (educational background: Master of Arts - Applied Linguistics and Master of Law) My highest strength is: I energize, motivate and inspire my clients for taking actions and keep them accountable for what they have committed to accomplish. At the same time I give them enough time and space for self-reflection, learning, development, decision-making and taking responsibility for their success and their team's effectiveness.
